Phronode

Intelligence
as a system.

The plan, the inbox, and the update, run as one system. Phronode reads the messages that change the work, keeps the plan current, and drafts the status your colleagues or clients are waiting on.

The desk work

Hours go to mail and status, not the plan.

Phronode is for operations, delivery, account, and project teams that already know the work — and still rebuild the story of it every day.

By hand With Phronode

By hand Read each thread to find the one date that changed.

With Phronode The mail is read. What moves the plan is flagged.

By hand Rebuild the week after the inbox moves a commitment.

With Phronode The plan updates when the message does.

By hand Write the same client or leadership update again.

With Phronode The update is drafted in your format, on your schedule.

The product

A plan, then the update.

The plan holds the week. Automation reads the inbox and writes the note that used to take the afternoon.

01 — Planning tools

The week, with owners and dates.

  • 01 A shared plan for the work in flight.
  • 02 Each change stays attached to the item it affects.
  • 03 The team looks at one plan, not five versions in mail.

02 — Automation

Mail in. Update out.

  • 01 Reads the inbox you connect.
  • 02 Marks the messages that change a date, owner, or decision.
  • 03 Drafts the client note, standup, or leadership brief.

Updates are drafted for approval. Phronode does not send them on its own unless your team turns that on.

A Tuesday

From the inbox to a note you can send.

  1. A client moves the review.

The mail lands in the inbox Phronode is allowed to read.

  2. The plan shifts to Thursday.

The review item moves. The rest of the week stays put.

  3. The update is ready.

A short note, in your format, waiting for someone on the team to approve it.

Questions

Before you join.

Who is Phronode for?

Companies that plan client or internal work and report on it. Typical teams are operations, delivery, account management, and project leads.

What does the setup fee cover?

A one-time onboarding: connecting the mailbox, setting up the plan, and writing the first update templates with your team. The amount is confirmed before that work starts.

What does the monthly subscription cover?

Ongoing use of the planning workspace, email reading, and scheduled updates. It starts once Phronode is running, and it continues while you keep it.

Will it email clients without us?

No. Phronode drafts the update and waits for approval. Automatic sending is a switch your team can turn on later.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We keep your email and company, then write when a setup slot opens. There is no charge, and no subscription, until you accept that slot.
